Nissan was one that was worth the trip. I live in Rockford, Ill, and having to drive to Crystal Lake was about a 2 hour drive. When we got there Johnny, came up to us and he had a great attitude, it was labor day weekend and they were having a cook out. We looked at a couple cars first, took some out for a test drive. And with that we went inside to talk about prices and coverages. My dad was giving Johnny a hard time but Johnny was patient and very nice about the situation. Finally after what felt like hours of talk, we decided on a car and a good price for the car we chose. We went in to talk to Betty Jo (customer service) she was a real treat, very polite and funny. At last in with the Finance manger Scott, also very polite and patient with my parents, who are Non-English speaking Hispanics, very good at pausing so I could translate to my parents everything. After signing off all the papers required, we headed outside to the cook out, we had some hot dogs with chips, cookies, and pop. Very good overall experience

i love M'Lady Nissan in Crystal Lake, IL! i went in knowing i was going to buy a nissan. I've always loved the style and safety features. I was greeted by Mike. I told him my situation right away. I am a college student with no credit. he was able to set me up with a college graduate program and i was approved for a brand new car! He was very helpful with explaining the different models and i choose to get a 2011 Nissan Sentra. Once i spoke to Betty Jo i was completely won over by Nissan's service. She was the best. She was very sweet and helpful and i truly felt like she cared about my safety and budget. Tom in financial was very nice and the process went smoothly. From the time i was able to get into my new car to now, the service at M'Lady Nissan is exceptional. My Salesmen, Mike still calls from time to time to make sure im still happy and if he can do anything else for me. I really appreciate how M'Lady cares for their customers as their friends. I want to do all my Business with them for now on.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle not really knowing what we wanted . Having gone to a meeting in Crystal Lake we decided to stop at this dealer ship. We were greeted by a very friendly salesman . We told him we were not sure what we wanted.He showed us some preowned vehicles as that is what we showed interest in. We did find one that caught our eye. Bob said to us to come in out of the weather and he would get the key for car.While we were in the show room my wife and I fell in love with the looks of a nissan maxima. We were looking at the car when bob came back . He kind of made a joke about be able to put us in that car for about the same price as the preowned car. At that point he caught my wife and my attention and asked how we could do it. he took the time to explain the positive and negatives of buying or leasing. Still not convinced that what he was telling us he brought in the sales manger and he went over the same scenario that he did.We decided to lease a vehicle and we are very happy we did. AFter purchasing the vehicle Would recommend dealer and salesman very highly!

First of all, I work in sales. I am always skeptical when it comes to salespeople. I went online after totalling my car two weeks ago. Sent out multiple inquiries. Mlady nissan is the team who offered an excellent price and got back to me. Patty was great. She gave me the price aand emailed me with all the questions I had. The only down fall was she was not there when I bought the car. SHe left early, but I had not made an appointment, so I am to blame :). I dealt with Bob K. He was great. Told me the features on the car. Let me drive it over night. After doing two weeks of research on the Rogue, he still taught me something new. I was very impressed with him. When we walked inside, other dealerships told me this is when the games would begin. However, Bob gave me a printed out version of my quote, and that was it. I was in Betty Joes office 15 minutes later. It was amazing. The other dealerships had all told me wrong information. I never attack my competition when I sell. I point out there good points, and how my company is better then the other. I never flat out insult another company. The other dealerships did this. Mlady Nissan never did this. When I said I was shopping elsewhere, Bob and Patty pointed out their good points and why they were better. From my experience, Bob, Betty Joe, and Patty were much better then the others. I have tried to offer jobs to all three of these people. I want to voice my opinion because many people look online when researching a company. I want to tell all, that this company was GREAT. The customer service was beyond belief. Contact Patty, and she will put you in the right direction. Thank You

Mr. Mlady -

I wanted to take a minute to tell you about the wonderful service I recieved at your dealership. My Altima broke down over the weekend. I called in and Mir helped get me a car to drive for the weekend. Monday morning I got a call from Joe Dibello who told me what the problem was and how much it would cost and that it would be ready in 4 days. I told them go ahead and complete the work. They let me keep the car and I got a call two days later that my car was done. It was two days before I expected it completed and that was great. On top of that, it was cheaper then I was orginally told. Joe D took care of me and my car and I apprieciate everything he did.

I purchased my 2009 Murano from M'Lady Nissan in April 2009. I could not be more happier with the customer service there. From the point of dropping off my vehicle to the point of leaving the facility, there is a warmth in the building. Everyone has a smile on there face, greeting you by your name and asking if they can do anything for you. I recently just had my car serviced, long and behold I had a nail in my tire which was total unexpected. My tire was not fixable, so I needed to purchase a brand new tire. M'Lady gave me the best price around for a new tire, as well as placing me in a loaner car until my tire is fixed. Sal Visconti in service has been wonderful. Thank you for making this situation less stressful for myself and my family.
